Champions Cup Trip October

Need to start getting organized for this trip. The plan is to fly out Friday 3rd October at 8pm and return Sunday 5th October by 1pm. Airfares will be aprox $100-120 each way. Staying at the Grand Chancellor Hotel in Hobart which is a short trip to the tournament venue. Rooms are about $150 per nite. Obviously possible to share rooms. So me thinks its about $500 for the weekend plus tournament entry fees. Would like to get numbers and payments organised by mid July. So for those of you who are interested in the trip please let me know because to get the best deals it will need to be paid for in advance. Brett from Ringwood is keen to join us and act as tour guide after working in Tasmania for many years.
