Club News Update

Firstly our best wishes go out to Nial Macdonagh, a Mornington Extreme Blue Belt, who this weekend will be competing in a Hawaii Ironman qualification race in Korea. Good Luck Nial, it's your time now. After a less than ideal preparation to circumstances beyond his control, Nial has shown amazing determination to refocus for this race.

Secondly, congratulations to all the juniors who graded last night after another terms worth of training. Its fantastic to see the technical progress these young athletes are making. I am excited at the prospect of taking a junior team to this years Pan Pacs in September. Our Junior coaches are doing a great job.

Lastly, in two weeks time, all things going well. We will move into our first full time premises at 4 Bruce St in Mornington. After 5 years in part time venues this is a big step up but we are ready. This will give us more useable space, room for a small gym, office and change rooms. I will revises the timetable once we get up and running and arrange an official opening. Stay tuned!

PS Looking forward to GITM next week. All 12 spots are taken, fix me up for coin if you haven't already. Should be a fun night.
