Just a reminder that a workshop with Extreme JJG Head Coach John Donehue is just two weeks away. It will be held on Saturday 4th September at the club from 3-5pm. The cost will be $70. Last workshop was a great success focusing on passing closed guard, this time we turn our attention to transitions to back control. Back control is one of the strongest positions on the ground and Coach Donehue has some interesting and unique approaches to this position. I will always endeavour to get the best technical guidance to our students, so please support this workshop with your attendance. Osu.
