Our thoughts are with Extreme Mornington student and triathlete, Niall McDonagh, who this Sunday will be competing in an Ironman race in Perth aiming to seek qualification into the big race in Hawaii next year. I spoke to him a few weeks ago and his preparation and lead up races have been first rate. He is one of the most disciplined and focused athletes I have ever met and a nice guy to boot.
