Its in Portugese, but Roberto Gordo is the guy who pioneered the half guard game in Brasil. Its good to get some pointers on half guard sweeps even if you cant understand the language, you can still get the drift of where he is going. Apparently he adapted half guard to accomodate a dodgy knee...
