Had a great class on tuesday nite. Worked on Guillotines after being inspired by Big Nog and Almeida both finishing thier UFC 81 fights with arm in guillotines. Big Nog took some big punches before getting Sylvia to the mat in the third and executing a nice half guard sweep and setting up the guillotine as Sylvia turned to all fours. Amazing Jiujitsu. Almeida jumped guard with the arm in choke and anticipated his opponents slam, flipping himself straight onto the mount and finishing the fight. Once again simply awesome.
