8.30-9.30pm Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Tuesday
5.30-6.30pm Junior BJJ (8-15 years)
6.30-7.30pm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)
7.30-8.30pm Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Thursday
5.30-6.30pm Junior BJJ (8-15 years)
6.30-7.30pm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)
7.30-8.30pm Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

Saturday
09.30-10.30 Junior BJJ Class
10.30-11.30 Boxing
11.30-12.30 No Gi Grappling
