This is seriously some sick, slick, funky, tight almost 13 minutes of jits. Watched it at least 6 times. There is heaps of good stuff here. Makes me want to buy the dvd. Please watch it in full screen mode selected from the menu button.
Yeah ,my cousin just bought me this dvd for my birthday. We both train at his school in Houston of El Dorado. Let me be the first to tell you....the man is amazing and the book and DVD are awesome. Watching the dvd reminds me of sitting in class with him...very detailed and instructive.
